WILLTÉCO 20 YEARS IN BUSINESS!

In the past 20 years Willtéco has grown from a “hobby-gone-out-of-hand“ to an international company which is known around the world. This asks for a celebration with all whom were involved in our expansion.

Registration

If you decide to come, please notify us before May 15th, this would help us getting things organised. If you haven’t registered, we’ll assume that you won’t be able to join us for the event. To register, go to the site and use the code number you’ve received on the sticker of the envelope. If for some reason you’ve lost the code, stay calm, breath normally, and count till ten…. It is (of course) also possible to register without the number – though this will take a little longer.

Gift suggestion

After having tried extensively ourselves, we decided to call in professional help to find out what the secret wishes of Willem & Patricia might be. After three months of investigating on a 24/7 basis, we finally had some results. It appears that for many a year they have had the wish to build a kazebo in their garden. We have decided to call in an architect to design something that fits the house and its garden. If you would like to chip in for this present, please check the details of the special bank account below:

We would like you to know that giving a personal congratulation or thank-you to Willem & Patricia will not be possible during the party. A personal note or present would be greatly appreciated nonetheless – this will be possible during the event.

Parking?

By bike or moped?
If you live nearby and plan to come by bike, you can park at the side of Willteco hall no 5 (opposite the Main entrance). Please don’t park on the party grounds, on the fence or on the road.
 

By car?
If you come by car, please use the parking spots available at ‘De Aviateur’. There will be busses available that will take you to the party from there. At the end of the evening the same busses will take you back to your car again.

A parking crew will be responsible for appointing you to a space. Please take care to lock your bike or car, the organisation will not be held responsible for theft and or damage. Parking is at your own risk.

Hang-over Breakfast

The next morning might be a difficult start, not to worry, we’ve come up with a solution to this. On Sunday morning June 6th, we’ll help you get over your (possible) hangover; our cook will make you a special breakfast. What better than a fried egg and a delicious cup of coffee to fight that hangover?

If you expect you will want to join in, please make sure to mention this in the registration. Places are limited, so let us know as soon as possible. If the breakfast meeting is full we will let you know.

Hoteldeal

If you would like to sleep over, stay the weekend or hang around till the hangover breakfast, we’ve made arrangements for a reduced price with a hotel in Alkmaar. This will be for guests intending to stay for the weekend. It’s also possible to book against this special price just for the Saturday night.
 

If you would like to make use of this “special deal “, please mention this in your registration. We will then take care of your booking arrangements. Hotel payment will be for your own account, the hotel will automatically send you a confirmation (after the 15th of May). Please book before or on may 15th, you may otherwise risk losing the arranged discount.
